Broker Forms

Note: You will be downloading a blank copy of the BPO or NationsFirst Addendum and saving it to your computer. Do not attempt to fill this out online without saving first, it will not work. Save the file as noted below, sign off and then fill it out. The BPO form or addendum should have opened in MS WORD. Any version of MS WORD is fine. If the BPO form did not appear on your screen exit and repeat the steps above. This works I promise!	—   DOWNLOAD CENTER   —

**There are many ways to save files you download to your computer. This is just one easy way we are showing you. You are free to do as you like.

1. Go to the “file” tab in the top left corner of your toolbar and left click it one time, scroll down to the “save as” tab. Left click on “save as” and a new menu screen appears
2. At the top of the new menu box there is a box named “SAVE IN”. Use the drop down menu and save the file to “My Briefcase” by left clicking it with your mouse
3. The file name and save as type at the bottom of the menu box is automatically filled in. Click save. Your file is now saved for quick reference on your desktop in “My Briefcase”
4. Close all open screens and windows including your internet connection. At this point the file is saved in “My Briefcase” you no longer need to be on our web site

Double click the “My Briefcase” icon.
Double click the NationsBPOForm.doc file and the BPO will appear ready to type.

Fill out the BPO entirely and save it.
Email the BPO and pictures to us with your email program as a file attachment.
